By purchasing the Digital Nomad Visa Review (“the Service”) from Smart Move Italy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Service
The DNV Review provides a written evaluation (and optional consultation) of your Digital Nomad Visa application materials. The purpose of this service is to identify potential weaknesses, suggest improvements, and offer professional guidance based on Smart Move Italy’s experience and expertise.
The service does not include filing or submitting applications on your behalf.

Document Submission
After purchase, you will receive instructions and a secure link to upload your documents. Reviews are completed once all required materials have been received.
Smart Move Italy reserves the right to postpone or cancel reviews submitted fewer than 14 days before your consulate appointment.

Delivery Timeline
Reviews are generally completed within two weeks of receiving all required documents. While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, delivery times may vary based on volume and completeness of submissions.

Refund Policy
Payments for the ERV Review are generally non-refundable once received, as resources are allocated immediately upon purchase.
However, if you purchase the review but never submit your documents or use the service, you may request a 50% refund within 15 calendar days of payment. After 15 calendar days, no refunds or credits will be issued.

No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Smart Move Italy provides expert guidance and recommendations, but we cannot guarantee visa approval or any specific outcome. Final decisions rest solely with the Italian consulates and immigration authorities.

Confidentiality
All documents and personal information provided are treated as strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of the DNV Review.

Communication
All communication regarding the review will take place via email unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for checking their email and providing accurate contact information.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.

Included:
• You may reply to your written report with short, clarification-style questions (for example, asking for confirmation or explanation of something in the report).
• We’ll respond once with clear written answers to those specific points.
• The goal is to help you fully understand your report and next steps.

Not Included:
• New document reviews, re-checks, or follow-up submissions after you make changes.
• Detailed strategy questions or discussions about new scenarios (“What if I apply at a different consulate?” “Can I change my lease to something cheaper?”).
• Ongoing correspondence or multi-round feedback.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Payments for the Elective Residency Visa Review are generally non-refundable once received, as time and resources are allocated immediately upon purchase.

However, if you purchase the review but never submit your documents or use the service, you may request a 50% refund within 15 calendar days of payment. After 15 calendar days, no refunds or credits will be issued.
