The Naturalization (and/or) CONE record search and document acquisition fee is 350 euros per ancestor searched. This fee includes research time
and access to a private case online portal where you can watch the progress of your file.
The fee does not include government fees, postage, and/or courier fees when/if required. We cannot guarantee that the records will be available. We will attempt to locate as many files on our own to avoid excess costs and keep you informed along the way.
All fees are non-refundable.
How much are the document fees?
This depends on where they are located. Currently (2023/24) the fees are
USCIS $65 for an index records search (if required)
USCIS $65 for a records search (if Naturalization located)
USCIS $330 for CONE record (as of April 2024 government imposed fee)
NARA $25 per request
Canada $75
Australia $265
UK £27.15
*Please note these fees are subject to change and are not in our control
How long does it take?
The wait for Naturalization records (if your ancestor naturalized) can be very long. Upwards of 12 months or more in the USA or Canada. However, if your ancestor never naturalized, we can receive a CoNE record in a few months. In some cases, we can find Naturalization records through faster means as we begin our search.
What if you can't find any records?
We will do our best to locate the record, and in 99% of the cases, there is a record of either a Naturalization or CoNE record. If your case does not have either, then there is likely something incorrect about your data and we will ask for more information.
Will you search both of my ancestors?
The Naturalization records search service is for one (1) ancestor record. If you wish us to search for two or more, please place a second or third order.
We recommend that you start with the ancestor whoes line you will be following only.
What happens next?
Once you place the order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to upload your documents and share your family tree so that we can begin our search. Please check your SPAM and Promotions tabs in case the email gets stuck.
